Saare Jahan Se Acha and IPL

Okay now IPL too has come up with a version of Saare Jahan Se Acha to add a twist of patriotism and may be get more viewers this year. But as I watched the video, only one thought went through my head — red tape. Ye it was a red carpet, but it kinda reminded me that India is one country still bound in red tape.
