In a move that caught be completely off-guard Salesforce has announced a cheaper license for integration users.
As opposed to conventional Sales Cloud and Service Cloud licenses that have a list price of $150 and up, this new license will cost a bargain $10. A lot of orgs I have worked with have 1-10 licenses set aside for use by integration partners and this could truly save money for a lot of customers.
The announcement was made at TrailheadDX along with EinsteinGPT. I’m still holding on to my thoughts on the AI play till I have more confidence in what it can do, what it can’t and the data volumes needed to achieve decent results.
